Salads UP

Fast-casual health spot serving to build your own salads, grain bowls, wraps, and smoothies. In 2013, we were seniors at the University of Michigan. Throughout college we felt that a healthy option was missing, so we decided to make it happen ourselves. As restaurant rookies, we were in for a challenge, but 18 months after graduating we opened the first Salads UP in Ann Arbor. Then we opened our second store in Madison, WI. Now we are excited to open our third location in downtown Chicago, Il. Stay tuned for more, and join us on the journey.
