Not enough manned checkouts open - only two at a busy time

This shop is nearly always busy, but there's plenty of parking space. The staff always go the extra mile with a smile. Great place to shop.

Just visited the travel money exchange and the woman was extremely rude! She said she had a big delivery and I needed to exercise patience as she could see I was having a discussion! All the money from this ‘big delivery’ was left on the side and not put away and she had spent 20 minutes nattering to someone with no money exchanged whatsoever. I was only discussing with my Nan what we were doing later on today- seems illegal to talk now! She has just had 2 surgeries relating to cancer and for the woman on the till to be so rude is a joke! I fully understand that exchanging money can take some time especially when people want a lot of cash. She didn’t even asks where I was going which is the normal when changing foreign notes. But to talk to what seemed to be a friend and then be so rude is out of order! Avoid!!! Go somewhere else or go here if you want to receive a rude service!
