Sailor Hagar's Brew Pub

Great experience with a friend I hadn't seen in a long time. We came in for happy hour on a Saturday, had a meal and a drink and left with a very reasonable bill. You may not see this place from the main street, but it's worth climbing that hill to get to.

Good food, great atmosphere love going there for lunch.

Came here last night for food and got the veggie platter. They had no hummus. They said they would sub for mushrooms. The mushrooms came out soft and cooked lol ummmm this is no veggie platter. The platter on its own was 4 cucumbers, 4 carrots and peppers for 15 bucks. No thanks. The wings were so gross, dry, barely any meat. I had two and couldn’t eat anymore. The waitress kept forgetting our things and she seemed off somewhere else in her own world. Not even sure why I tipped but I was in a rush to get the heck out of here. What a turn off !!! My friend got the beef deep and it was dry and horrible. I had a bite and had to spit it out. I spent 135 on our table and should’ve looked at the receipt cause I guarantee you she charged me for that platter I sent back and didn’t even touch. I want my money back if anything but it’s sailor Hagers and I doubt they would even do that so here’s a review on our experience instead

Nice old-school bar. Beers are affordable, but other drinks are same as at other places. Food is bar food, so don't expect too much. I like going there for some darts or pool with some beers.
