It’s so good my Vietnamese fiancé doesn’t complain when we eat here! Edit: I specifically asked the waiter for my togo order several times to make sure that the Bun Ba Hue came with extra vegetables on the side and the blood sausage with pig feet. He told me he put it in there and they even charge me for it just for me to come home and find that they didn’t.

I've been eating here regularly since 2015 The place has gone downhill since 2020 and continues to slide downward. The menu has changed dramatically with less choices. The interior and exterior is dirty. The restaurant needs a good cleaning and the parking lot is full of litter. I always order the Bo Bun Hue but the last 3-4 times they've gotten real stingy with the amount of meat. Yesterday I placed an order to go, got home to eat and there was maybe 4 small pieces of beef which was mostly fat. The portions have also gotten smaller but prices have gone up. LASTLY AND THE MOST IRRITATING IS THAT AFTER I GOT HOME AND CHECKED MY CREDIT CARD CHARGES FOR THE DAY, THE PERSON WHO RANG ME UP CHARGED MY CARD TWICE - OVER $30 FOR 1 BOWL OF PHO WHICH WAS MOSTLY BROTH AND NOODLES. I CALLED THE RESTAURANT REQUESTING TO SPEAK WITH THE MANAGER ONLY TO BE TOLD THAT THE MANAGER WAS OFF TO CALL BACK TOMORROW. THE PERSON DIDN'T TAKE MY INFORMATION OR ATTEMPT TO ASSIST. 2ND ATTEMPT TO SPEAK WITH A MANAGER TODAY AND NO MANAGER AVAILABLE...THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. I DO NOT LIVE ANYWHERE CLOSE TO THIS RESTAURANT AND THE FACT THAT IM NOW GOING TO HAVE TO DRIVE BACK UP THERE AND DEMAND A CRÉDIT TO MY CARD IS INCONVENIENT TO SAY THE LEAST.

Hands down our favorite Pho in BR! The broth is heavenly and service has always been good. The summer rolls are very fresh and delicious, especially paired with the peanut sauce. My husband and I both highly recommend!!!

I had a very mixed experience at this place. I enjoyed my food, but here’s what happened to take my review from 4 stars down to 2. I am expecting, and came to this restaurant with my husband and 14 month old son really craving some pho. It took us a moment to notice, but our waitress was VERY SICK. You could hear her stuffy nose in her voice and when she was away from the table we had heard her coughing and sniffling. I understand someone not wanting to take off work because you need the money, but when you are serving food it’s not okay to come and handle people’s food and payment cards exposing them to your germs, and I also really judge her management for not sending her home for this reason. We ate there two days ago and now we are all sick as well.. this is not an experience to look for when you go out to eat somewhere. It’s unfortunate because had we not had this experience and have the knowledge that they let their employees work sick and that’s a risk to take eating there, I would’ve wanted to go back because the food was good. I also want to make it clear so that nobody gets confused - we got sick from the waitress being sick, not from the food. If I were to rate this place one their food alone I’d give it 4-4.5 stars. Very unfortunate and disappointing experience to have. Those of you reading this who’ve had children can understand how difficult managing a sick 14 month old is a huge bummer. I’ll never go back there knowing that there’s a possibility that someone who works there is working and handling your food while sick. In my eyes when working in an industry handing others food while sick and contagious is a huge no-no. I would think the boss would’ve agreed there but evidentially not. Thanks for the good food, but it wasn’t worth making my family and I catch your waitresses illness.
