Went to buy a personalized cake. There is little to no info online and they ask you to speak to the store directly however the staff at the store was less then helpful, not really interested in helping me and it would have been beneficial to have known I needed a printed picture in advance. Most stores take photos by email… overall it was pretty poor customer service in the bakery department.
