I really enjoyed this Casino/Restaurant. While gambling you earn points towards eating in their restaurant. Even if you lose while spinning the wheels, you still have points toward food. Nice staff and good food. Great atmosphere.

Rooms: Clean Walkability: Unless on bottom not very easy to get around.. to many stairs no way to get from one room to another except up and down stairs

The hotel gave away my room that I had reserved the front desk told me she would move me into a two bedroom at the same price however she did not inform me it was on the second floor when I made the payment they had no elevator and my wife is handicapped so there was no way to get into the room she offered to have security carry her up the stairs so my question is if we wanted to get up and down the stairs to go to the casino or the bar we would have had to call security every time and that was just not practical so I requested my money back she informed me that she could not give me a refund because there was not a manager or a supervisor around and she canceled my reservation so I'm stuck without a room at 8:30 at night and Pahrump Nevada and no other rooms were available terrible service at the hotel giving away a reservation is not good business practice very upset will never come back to this casino hotel again

We love staying here, but this time was a bit upsetting, though it was rectified. When we arrived at check-in, the wait was ridiculous. Then we were told that what we requested was not available as they filled the rooms. I made this reservation 2 weeks ahead, expressing the need for ground floor accommodation due to disabilities and being unable to climb stairs, I also called directly to hotel for the same request, and was assured that there was no issue with my need. At check-in, the clerk told me that there were no available rooms ., only second floor. It took me getting a bit assertive and demanding to finally receive the ground floor room that we reserved. Funny that I was assured that there were no ground floor rooms....but all of a sudden!!! When we finally got our room, it was very nice, clean and comfortable. I only wish we didn't have to deal with the nonsense to get there!
