What do say about one of my favorite places in town... The food is great and the beer is great. The only bummer is that they don't offer flights. (They do give you samples, but they are always so understaffed that it can be hard to get the next sample or make your final purchase -- so you end up "panic buying" when you finally get a bartender's attention.) ...which brings me to the negative... they have terrible service. And they can't blame the pandemic. They had poor service before that. ...but the atmosphere is great. And they have the best pizza in town! I've put up with the poor, slow service for years now because they have great atmosphere and great pizza, but my opinion of the service dropped a few weeks ago when I was in there. One of the bartenders was loudly ranting to a couple of guys at the bar (and I think meaning for everyone nearby to hear it) about a person that left with a carry-out order without tipping. She was ranting about how it's no fair to her because she has to tip out the kitchen staff. I always tip when I'm in there (but I do feel like it’s charity since the service is so lack-luster — they even have signs on the wall telling you to order at the counter), but now I feel like if I go in there I will be judged and mocked by the staff when I walk out if they feel that I didn't tip properly. I've been pondering this server's rant that day, and some things come to mind... A) Tipping for carry-out was never a thing before the pandemic, and people only started to do it to help out service industry people. The pandemic is over, but a lot of restaurant staff seem to feel entitled. B) Maybe the individual that walked out DOES normally tip for carry-out, but didn’t that time because the service was bad. C). It’s not right for the front-end staff to have to tip out the kitchen — especially for carry-out orders. But that’s between the staff and management; not something to rant to customers about. Management needs to pay staff appropriately without staff having to rely on tips. D). This whole modern tipping culture is out of control and many people feel that it’s almost at a breaking point where customers are getting more fed up and customer service people are feeling more entitled. This incident brings up one step closer to that breaking point.

Great beer and pizza. The waitresses were quick and helpful. The crust on the pizza was amazing. Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian pizzas available

Easy going pub scene with great pizza and upbeat service The Wenatchee pizza was great. It very much reminded me of an improved alternate universe's Hawaiian pizza. The salty-sweet balance leans more to the salty on this pie. The salty bacon is balanced by sweet, thinly sliced Washington apples. The sweetness helps lift each bite from being too heavy as the cheese and bacon is very generously portioned. This was a call-in order, but I was thinking how nice a beer would pair up here while I was eating. Service was great even in the short interactions involved with a call-in order. This experience calls for a return trip to try the beverages and test out more of the menu.

Very good variety on the menu and the pizza was delicious. Nice atmosphere as well.

Visited the Saddle Rock Pub and Brewery for my first time. Upon entering, the restaurant has a pub like vibe, with an open view bar surrounded by table seating and high table seating. There were even a couple of couch seating areas and a small outdoor seating area. This is a sit, look at menu and go up to the bar to order, kind of place. After ordering, a server brings your drink and food order. I found the atmosphere to be inviting. Seating was ample. We ordered a couple of their pizzas. The pizza was very good, served up thin crust style. Those I were with ordered some of the brewery selections, which were reported to be of good taste. Service was good. I can say I would visit again. The pizza was definitely to my liking.

Great menu. Server was nice. Food was amazing, Great salads and a great sandwich. Vegetarian options: Great variety of salads and vegetarian pizzas.
