The colorful truck is stationed in the sprawling, breezy patio that sits adjacent to Fiery Whiskers Distillery. At Sí Baby-Q, Simone marries the flavor profiles of her Singaporean upbringing with Jonathan’s iconic Texas BBQ fare to usher in a creative new wave of barbecue.
