Omakase is one of our Chef's top specialty. Our Omakase was made from the selection of seasonal fish only which were shipped directly from the places all around the world including Europe, Scotland, Spain, Korea, Japan, New Zealand, Canada, and U.S. We use red vinegar for rice in order to provide our customer an authentic true Japanese "Edomae" Style experience. Each piece of our sushi was crafted with care, precision, and skill.
