The gator bites and corn bread are the only saving grace for my experience here. The beers on tap were all flat, and most of our entrees were overdone and dry. Even my friends who recommended this place suggest it's possibly an off day. Especially when food took longer than anyone expected to come out. I will reconsider another attempt, but until then, I can't give anymore more stars.
A neighborhood gem, great food, awesome service. A must if your in Rye
Gator bites and Jambalaya were so delicious. We had a huge party and I heard very good things about the chili, too.
Pure comfort food. If you're on the side of healthy; you can do that too. VERY family friendly. Spicy Bloody Marys are so good (and strong). Parking: Free street parking. There are parking spots behind the restaurant also.
Real new Orleans inspired dishes! Service was outstanding and the building being tucked away and having that old world feel creates such a great experience! Kid-friendliness: My kids had a great time and got a nice laugh at all the alligators statuettes around the place.
Good food and service. A little cramped in but, warm and inviting
Can't say enough good things about this place. Been coming here for years and it never ceases to be good. Brunch in particular is a standout @thecrankycook2022
Got the Roadhouse Burger blackened. Has to be one of the best burgers I've had recently. I liked the local atmosphere! 4 years later! Boy how times have changed. My burger sliders were over cooked and cold by the time they arrived at my table. One waitress and the place was packed, sad.
