Rusty Pelican is an American/Vietnamese casual dining restaurant. Est. in 1985, we have been serving the MS Gulf Coast for 40+ years. We are a Vietnamese, woman owned, small business specializing in breakfast, lunch specials, and Vietnamese cuisine. Winner of "Best Breakfast on the Coast " award voted on by locals at the 2024 WXXV Viewers Choice Awards. Also featured in South Mississippi Magazine as a local favorite.
