The Russ & Daughters Appetizing Factory is open in Brooklyn! Visit us and you will see our bakery where we make our bagels, bialys, babka, rugelach, breads and other traditional baked goods. Right next to the bakery is our appetizing counter, where you can pick up an appetizing spread to take home, or enjoy it in the public seating area near our space.
