Tender cubed steak marinated in traditional Ethiopian spices, sautéed with fresh onions, garlic, tomato, spiced butter and a blend of traditional herbs. Served with injera or rice and a side of one veggie.

Vegan. Platter with all veggies. Gomen - Fresh collards sauteed with onions, garlic and blend of traditional spices. Mesir - Spicy red lentils stewed in onion, garlic and a blend of traditional spices. Tikel - Fresh cabbage sauteed with onions, carrots and blend of traditional spices. Timatim Fitfit - Fresh tomatoes, onions and jalapeno peppers mixed with pieces of injera. Served chilled. Served with injera or rice.
