Ruby's Bistro & Bakery

Ruby's is a new restaurant and bakery located in Fair Haven, Vermont in the historic Downtown District. Our menu includes authentic bistro cookery and traditional European style cakes, cookies, and pastries. Our mission is to provide delicious high-quality meals that are affordable for most residents of Fair Haven and the surrounding community. A “bistro”, in the traditional sense, is a small, comfortable eatery where friends and neighbors gather and linger over good, affordable food and wine. Ruby’s serves the following types of menu items for lunch Wed to Sat: • Crepes • Soups • Salads • Sandwiches • Quiches We will also serve dinner Fri and Sat starting in Sept 2023. Sweet treats and bread baked daily!
