4 stars for 4 reasons 1. Good customer service and gave me more than what was expected. 2. Price is good for what you get. 3 entree for 14 dollars. 3. The food was pretty decent and very flavorful, not salty. 4. A lot of food and you’ll be full Negative 1 star for 1 reason 1. The food wasn’t as fresh and not as crispy as I would hope.

Similar to Panda Express but with a Thai twist. You can get a base starch (steamed rice, fried rice or noodles) and several entrees. Check out what looks good. I got the grilled chicken (aka bourbon chicken) and lemon chicken which were both good.

The casher is very rude and unprofessional.

I was here on last Sunday and I will never go to this place in future. The lady who was serving me was very rude and loud. All I was asking her about the food “if it’s spicy or not”which made her super upset and she started rolling her eyes at me. I told the cashier girl about her behavior and she said sorry to me on her behalf. Then after that she gone mad on her one co worker and she got extremely loud with her too. I really don’t know her name but was a middle aged Asian woman with short hair and she was wearing a mask.

Pad Thai was noodles, ketchup, sugar & oil. Went straight to trash. Staff does not look you in the eye, for good reason.

If you're trying to get a cheap asian meal and kill your hunger, this is NOT the place to go to. I've been to other Ruby Thai Kitchen stores and I have never felt this disappointed in terms of food quality-price-amount amount of food served. The woman preparing the containers really makes sure to give you just a little bit of the protein. I felt robbed of my money. Not going back for sure.

Fried rice is ok, but could be a lot better. spicy Thai chicken is not spicy at all, shrimp entree texture is like eating cardboard box.

Could have been 4 or 5 star because the food (rice noodles, spicy chicken and bang bang chicken) was relatively tasty and plentiful but it was also tepid and I bit down on a bone or something.

I did not like the food.
