BBQ restaurant We are fast casual dining and that means like a lot of other BBQ places you order at the hostess station. You get your drinks but can get refills. Wait staff bring you your food and check on you. Then we bus the table. We keep our BBQ moist and tender with sauces available that we make in house. You can have all the time you need to review our menus and know the price when ordering. Servings are 4oz weighed on scales unless you order bulk or specialty items like the Duke that is 1/2 lb precooked hamburger with 2oz of brisket. Ask our hostess about our higher value meals.
