Royal Rib has been a staple in the Bedford Stuyvesant section of Brooklyn, New York for over 60 years. We are an American Barbecue/Soul Food restaurant that has serviced the public for generations. It all began when my grandfather; apa Calvin landed here in NYC fresh off of the farms from the Carolinas (North and South.) He was immediately known for his savory aromas that filled the air n the backstreets of Stuyvesant Heights. He created a sauce to pair with his rotisserie style ribs and chicken. People would line up with jars and containers to be filled with our signature Calvin's Royal Rib House BBQ Sauce.
