This is an amazing place always a great time food great comfort but they are renovating now. They haven’t updated the information so call first before you go. Please check them out when they reopen again the brunch menu cracks every time!!

This is such a nice place. They have a great breakfast on Sundays. The omelet/waffle station is a hit; always busy. Then they have plenty of other options. If you're looking for a broad expansive brunch assortment with crab claws, etc., this isn't the place for you. But if you're looking for a nice selection of different breakfast options, comforting food, a nice environment, and good service, this is the place for you.

The Royal - for years this has been my favorite breakfast place in Alexandria. I make it a point to eat here at least a few times a year. Unfortunately, it looks like hard times have hit. New ownership / management took over a few months ago. Changed and slimmed down the menu. This morning orders were wrong, delivery was significantly delayed, food was cold and basically just not very good. Service was great. Staff was attentive and friendly. Hopefully, they’ll get back on track soon.
