Royal Court Hotel

I have just come back from a weekend at the Royal Court and absolutely loved it - the room, staff, food, bar prices and entertainment were all excellent -vwould definitely recommend it - I just cannot understand some of the negative comments. Would definitely stay there again.

Best place. Really liked the ambience and th atmosphere. It has quite good parking facility as well. If you are a guest, you no need to pay for parking. Please go to reception and register your car reg in the reception till. Walkability: Not walkable.

Just abit dated in the room. The safe was excellent tho.

Well must be the worst I been to so many code violations and curtains don't fit the table and bed feel there gonna collapse at any time none of electric have pat test certificates bath is not to code as not a none slip bath and no grab rails and don't even get bath mat two small towels ,feels like to filled it from a charity shop no room visit to change towels or empty bin room was no bigger then a cell

We had a brilliant time for our grandparents 60th wedding anniversary. The food was great. The service was excellent , really well cared for. Thank you to James,Babutram and Andy for making it a special time.

This hotel is a joke. I really wanted to leave no star if I could. Don't stay here! Travelodge is even better than this. First of all, we booked a double room in March, the night we spent there we found out they pushed 2 single beds together and then called it a double room. We were too tired to complain after a long day. Secondly, the night was freezing cold; it was 5 degrees outside and the receptionist told us they switched off all the heating because it's summer time?! We were told they will bring us portable heaters but they never turned up. Then, a downstairs party had loud music on till after midnight and people were talking and laughing below so it was very difficult to get to sleep. This hotel is really dated, the shower cubicle was tiny and cobwebs in room; the door had to be slammed to shut otherwise it wouldn't close. We only stayed for 1 night and decided to change for a better hotel. It didn't look like any of the pictures from the website. Don't recommend this hotel to anyone!!!
