Our signature fish platter offering house-cured Gravlax, Smoked Scottish Salmon, baked Kippered Salmon, hand-sliced and served with Whitefish Salad, two 8oz plain cream cheeses, one 8oz flavored cream cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, capers, red onions, and an assortment of Rosenberg's bagels.

Choose 3 of our house-made deli salads (Egg Salad, Tuna Salad, Chicken Salad, Whitefish Salad), served with tomatoes, onions, leaf lettuce, pickles and 10 assorted bags of Zapps chips. Choose between Rosenberg's bagels, challah rolls, and rye bread.

Choose 3 of our specialty meats (house pastrami, house corned beef, Tender Belly ham, turkey breast, roast beef) and three cheeses (cheddar, Swiss, American, mozzarella) arranged on a platter with pickles, tomatoes, onions, green leaf lettuce and 10 assorted bags of Zapps chips. Lastly, choose between Rosenberg’s bagels, challah buns, onion rolls & rye bread, finished with mayo, mustard & Russian dressing.

Scottish salmon is cured and cold smoked, and is the most comparable to traditional Nova-style smoked salmon. Scottish smoked salmon has a buttery texture with a pleasant hint of smokiness.

Kippered salmon is also called "baked salmon." It is brined and hot-smoked, resulting in a moist, flaky texture, and a rich presence of salinity and smokiness.

A playful take on classic deli flavors, our Pastralmon is brined and cold smoked, and rubbed with pastrami seasoning.

Sable has white flesh and a high oil content, and is known for its rich, buttery flavor. Our sable is cured and hot-smoked, then finished with a dusting of paprika. This is a classic style of smoked fish on the east coast.

Known for its caviar, Sturgeon has a firm texture and sweet, delicate flavor. We brine and hot-smoke our sturegon, resulting in a unique finish that is clean and earthy with a smoky balance.
