When I called they said Hello. I said is this Rosati’s? They need someone else answering for orders! The grown man said, Uhh, yeah. The driver opened my front door!! I had walked in my backyard and was walking right back inside to looking at a man’s face inside my home. It took over hr and I was told 30-40 minutes. He then quickly shut my door. (I have 2 large dogs & he’s lucky they weren’t inside.) The customer service aspect of this entire experience makes me NOT want to order ever again. I’m from Chicago so this was a childhood staple. Just sucks. Then I opened the cheese pizza and spots had NO cheese. Come on. The other half beef/half pepperoni pizza was spot on. Overall, $35 later and was disappointed.

Rec'd a 14", Thin Crust, Sausage pizza coupon via Email (Take out for $3.50!!) that I couldn't pass up on. Deeee Lish!

I grew up in Chicago and was excited to have Rosati’s open a location near us! I introduced our friends in Flower Mound to Rosati’s and they said Rosati’s will be their new go-to pizza place!

Very good pizza! But on the high side price wise.

The service was awful our pizza was over an hour late, when asking the (I assume) Manager about it, he was very rude and I asked if I could just cancel my order he acted very disrespectful and entitled. And it was just very unsanitary too with no hair nets and open toed shoes. It just made my day worse

Love this pizza! We tried the salad for a change and that was good as were the breadsticks!

Update: Amazing deals sent by email. The only problem is that you get an email saying that it’s ready but it’s not. You get there 10 min after the email, and you still have to wait 30 more min. Maybe make the tracking more accurate. We are okay if we can wait at home. The food is great! I love the ease of online ordering. I do wish it could text you when the food is ready for pickup. The service is a little strange. When you ask them a question, they either don't respond, talk among themselves, or mumble an answer without looking at you. If you have one person who can truly greet, talk, answer, and say thank you with positive energy, this place would be even better!

Could have rated negative if it's allowed. I did place order at 6:30 for 7:30 pick up & it did say order is ready for pickup. When I was there in there store .. they have planned to say -"we don't have enough ingredients to make your order and we can offer the same tomorrow if you wish" This is total fraud - on how they processed it as Ready for pickup and they have me drive in The store and send me back without food at 8:00. Worst management and it's all with ownership.

I ordered my pizza online hours before I went to pick it up.I checked in with the person and was told it wasn't ready. It took another 20 minutes. I blame the owner more as they left the person there on a day that would be very busy. I've no plans to buy from there again. There's too many better places to get pizza.

As a Chicago native living in Dallas, Rosati’s is the best option for anyone that wants quick , convenient tavern style pies. Recommend Rosati’s too everyone in Dallas.
