Little to loud in eating area, but really enjoyed food.

Taco Tuesdays have never been better. Edit: I went yesterday and had full price nachos. The beef was filled with potatoes. I understand doing this when you're selling a steeply discounted special, but it's pretty unacceptable on full price nachos.

Quick and casual place. Great for work place catering.

The taco plates and breakfast tacos are simply outstanding, bursting with authentic flavors that keep us coming back for more. The service at Rosa Café is top-notch - friendly, fast, and delivered with a smile. The cleanliness of the establishment is impeccable, adding to the overall dining experience. A special shoutout to AJ, whose exceptional customer service always brightens our day. His warm demeanor, humor, and attention to detail truly elevate our visits to Rosa Café. We are regulars here and can't recommend it enough!
