5 stars all the way around. Great food and fast service. You get what you pay for with Rosa's...which is very rare these days among most restaurants.

Every visit to Rosa's Cafe & Tortilla Factory is an adventure that exceeds my expectations, and my latest dining experience was no exception. This gem truly stands out with its commitment to freshness and quality, making every meal a memorable one. I indulged in a Tortilla Salad, and it was nothing short of perfection. The salad was a vibrant mix of fresh ingredients, each bite bursting with flavor. It's evident that Rosa's prioritizes quality, as the ingredients in my salad were top-notch, contributing to a deliciously satisfying meal. The salsa bar is another highlight, offering a fun and fresh way to customize your meal. The variety of salsas, each with its unique flavor profile, allows for endless combinations that enhance the dining experience. My son enjoyed a plate of enchiladas, and the smile on his face with every bite was a testament to the dish's authenticity and taste. To cap off our meal, we took advantage of Taco Tuesday, ordering tacos that were a hit with their flavorful fillings and soft, homemade tortillas. I am so impressed with Rosa’s Cafe!! I go through the drive thru once a month about 7am and everyone is extremely pleasant and happy. Food is always delicious.

Holy moly. Tex mex, but done very well. Especially considering the price point. The real reason to come here vs the competition is the tortillas. Real talk: they are pretty amazing. And they serve sweet iced tea. Not like those squares in Austin. Vegetarian options: Not sure if beans ir tortillas have lard. There are veg options, or with some creativity and polite conversation one could easily build a veg dinner Dietary restrictions: Flour tortillas, but the taco and tostada shells are corn Parking: Approx 50 spots. Plus there ate neughbkring buisnesses where you could park and walk over Kid-friendliness: Easily bring your kids. It's kind've a loud place. Big booths, lots of colors, great food without being too overtly challenging with the pairings Wheelchair accessibility: Wide entrance, the tables are low, room to get between things
