Founded in 2012, Roots is best known for our hand-crafted juices and smoothies. But we also feature a gluten-free bakery, fresh organic produce market, house-made hummus, vegan soups, salads, wraps, quinoa bowls and more plant-based goodness made fresh daily. Our team of lovely and talented human beings comes from diverse backgrounds yet shares a passion for our mission: Making people feel good! Long-time downtown Valpo residents, Carrie and Bill Durnell are the owners and nurturers-in-chief of this one-of-a-kind, community-focused business.
