Rooted Lakeland

Enjoyed the crunch monkey waffle, an assortment of mini pancakes, an Acai bowl and two protein shakes! We were very pleased with the whole experience. Highly recommended!

Good but on the expensive side compared to the other Herbalife stores not to mention they don't open till 7:30 and they would make a ton more money if they opened at 7:00 for all the teachers in the area that have to be at school by 7:30 AM. I'd be there but they lost my business because I have a job I need to be at.

Best Protein Waffles and shakes Around!! This place is a must after or before your workouts!!! Come and get that protein You NEED, Don’t let those WORKOUTS be in Vain!!!! The atmosphere is also a plus great place to just chilllax ………… Hidden Little Gem tucked away in a little corner on a main Plaza real easy to miss but WAAAAAAYYYYY Better than those other Boxstore Name Brands. This place really needs the recognition it Deserves! Give it a try and you won’t regret it!

Can’t believe I just found this place! Family friendly atmosphere, they have games so you can hang out, and the food is great! I’m still losing weight bc their options (donuts, waffles, shakes) have protein in it while still tasting great. I’m trying all the flavored drinks, and I know there’s something for everyone!

Excellent coffee here and the guy behind the counter was awesome. I had an ice coffee and a donut, both were excellent.
