We use Jade Leaf's organic Japanese matcha green tea powder with organic unrefined cane sugar. This powder is already sweetened so it already tastes so much better than other matcha powders. Our recipe: 2 tsp scoops of matcha powder mixed with 1/4 cup hot water, stir. Pour the mixture into a 12/16oz hot cup. Steam desired milk (want the wet paint texture to the milk). For iced, pour into a 16oz cup, fill with desired milk (about halfway) and fill the rest with ice. We do not offer in 20oz.
