At Roost we serve up some of the best sandwiches, soups, and salads that you can find in all of East Texas. We're open 7 days a week, for Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner. We believe when you order and sandwich, you should get a sandwich with plenty of meat.. not a salad! Our sandwiches are piled high, so you won't leave our place hungry!
