Breakfast used to be buffet style and was fine, now its a set breakfast and quality has gone downhill considerably. Shame, used to like it here.

My wife and I went there looking for bedding sheets and the staff were more than helpful. Nothing was too much for them to help.

Gorgeous store, fab bit of retail therapy on a Sunday. there's a gorgeous cafe and it's dog friendly, too.

Love a visit to Roomes, it's like stepping back in time. Great selection of high quality products, highly recommend

I don’t know why the staff on the ground floor are always so miserable and unhelpful - every time I go in there, one of them manages to spoil my day. Today, I went to the Clarins counter - woman serving couldn’t haven been more disinterested if she’d tried. She couldn’t answer questions about the products and was more interested in her iPad. …Her loss as I really was feeling quite spendy. I then had a look around the rest of the ground floor - selection was so poor it snapped me out of my shopping mood. Roomes is not what it used to be. I won’t be returning.
