My Take on the Oklahoma Fried onion burger. I Start with 2oz of 85/15 freshly ground beef that is smashed onto a cast iron griddle, season up that baddy and then let it cuddle with paper thin sliced sweet onions. When flipped the onions fry in burger grease and the patty is blessed with American yellow goodness. The bun is buttered and toasted, then steamed in burger sweat, bottom bun gets a tangy burger sauce for an orgasmic finish.
