- The Hop, The Oat, And The Cookie 32ozDouble Oatmeal Cookie IPA | 8% ABV | 30 IBU To celebrate our 8th anniversary, we brewed an 8% oatmeal cookie ipa with 8 different oat ingredients. In the mash we used 3 types of malted oats, 3 types of oatmeal cookies and 2 types of flavored oatmeal. We then hopped this baby with cashmere, Huell Melon and sabro and kicked it up even more with Saigon cinnamon chips and French cocoa nibs. The hops give off super tropical notes of mango, coconut and fresh orange. The hints of cinnamon, chocolate and oatmeal round out the flavor to make a unique and delicious beer.$13.00
