A Graham cracker malt character mingles with notes of freshly cut hay and a subtle touch of apple. Sweet, grainy malt is followed by balanced hop bitterness, and the finish is clean and dry.

Our House wine. A great accompaniment to the Oyster. The 2022 is 60% Riesling (native yeasts) and 40% Chard, fermented separately and blended prior to bottling. Expect crisp apple, citrus, and white peach.

Niagara. On the palate, the wine is dry with zesty acidity and flavours of granny smith apple, Asian pear, subtle baking spice, and classic Beamsville Bench steely minerality.

The nose is fresh with aromas of green apple, lemon, lime zest and mineral with notes of cream and fresh dough. The mousse is fine with a creamy mouthful, refreshing acidityand flavours of green apple, confit lemon, blanched almonds and wet stone.

Niagara, Ontario. A lovely Pinot, seeing red fruits, with a bit of that Pinot ‘undergrowth’ character. Fresh and juicy. Thanks Adam!
