Rockford Creamery

I would recommend updating your hours on Google to reflect that you're closed for the off season - especially since you don't seem to have a website. Always a downer to arrive at a place that Google says is open only to have it be closed when you get there. I chose 3 stars as a neutral rating but will happily reevaluate if I return during the season.

Features woodside creamery ice cream, prices seem a little high.

Went here the prices are ridiculous and the Ice cream was nothing compared to Woodside. The consistency was that of soft served it appeared that the ice cream wasn’t being held at the right temperature. Not worth the money. The customer service was horrible as well the young. Lady was not very welcoming and had an attitude when I questioned the quality and consistency of the ice cream.

Update: they are now called Rockford Creamery NOT Sweet Charlie’s. They serve Woodside Ice cream which is really good. We got the chocolate peanut butter. Not a big fan of peanut butter ice cream but this was good!! Also NO rolled ice cream. That was the old place. Great ice cream! Reasonably priced too.

Traveled over 40 min to find out they no longer have rolled ice cream. Decided to get the family ice cream here anyhow. The size of the ice cream you get is good but the taste isn't anything but average. I didn't even finish mine. Just wasted time and money.

Love the peppermint chip! Also, had a pup cup for our dog! Definitely going back again.
