Rock Hill Creamery is a homemade ice cream shop that first opened its doors in 1996! It was originally in Martinsburg, but is now happy to call Shepherdstown home. We make our ice cream completely from scratch right in house. No pre-made bases used, we start all our ice cream off with just milk, sugar, heavy cream, and love! Come on by, we'd love to see you!
