I'm originally from Philly, and Rita's is all over Philadelphia. Here, you all have snow cones with liquid flavor on top. Rita's Water Ice has flavor throughout and even has chunks for fruit in some flavors. If you haven't tried a Water Ice, you are really missing and experience! The owners are from Philly too!

The shaved ice is really good! The service is professional and quick. Also, you are able to sample a flavor if you are unsure of what you want to order.

My family was having an event that we needed 6 buckets of Rita's Ice. Mr. James made sure that the ice was frozen hard enough to make it about 45 mins away from Florence. He also gave tips on what to do to keep it frozen until we were ready to serve. My family really enjoyed those flavors that we purchased the kids and adults. Thanks again, Mr James, and also to your staff. For all your help, we definitely will be back.
