Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

The ice cream waa horrible. Didn't taste like rita's ice cream.

Young guy here has a real Attitude problem. In case you dont know who because there are no name tags headphone on his head and a gorillas shirt on. You can really tell he doesnt want to be there he made that apparent.

Extremely horrible customer service. Rude and very unsanitary. After having to ask for a spoon, it was handed to me by the part you put in your mouth with bare hand that just handled money and touched on everything. Been going to Rite’s for as long as I can remember and never experienced the service I have today. Safe to say will NEVER return.

Disappointed. I was walking my dogs and wanted to get water ice. I asked for 2 cups of tap water for the dogs and my water ice. They wouldn't give me any water for the dogs and said I had to buy water bottles instead, even though I was getting water ice, but offered me cups for the bottled water. What the? Never again. I can walk to this location, but I'd rather drive to a different location than spend any money at this one

Friendly staffs and their Gelato is the best. My favorite is Mango Water Ice
