A barrel once held bourbon, or wine, and finally it aged wonderful locally made hard cider. Then we chopped it up. Now you can smoke your meat with it.

Our blend of fresh-pressed Michigan grown apples are fermented dry with a champagne-style yeast. Light, crisp, and refreshing, with just a touch of sweetness from a drop of our own rooftop beehive's honey. *Select "refill" option if returning a growler/howler or keg and we'll skip the deposit. Select new option if filling for the first time.

Our Dry cider was conceived by our co-founder and "Queen Bee" to be as pure as possible. It's just fermented apples. No back sweetening, no additives - just pure hard apple cider. Never from concentrate, no sulfites, no preservatives, no added sugar.

Our Rosé is a bright semi-dry cider with a magnificent medley of hibiscus, rosehip, currant, and a drop of honey from our very own beehives. Its beautiful blush hue and lively aroma are a delight for the senses!
