Ricky's All Day Grill - Kelowna

Got takeout, first tried to order online through the website, it didn't work ‍♀️ So I walked over and put in my order. Not a problem, they were super friendly and nice. Picked up and paid for my food, got back to the hotel and I was missing half of it. No hash browns, no hollandaise sauce for the eggs Benedict, and my husband's eggs and bacon were ice cold. Went back and got the rest of my missing food and they were super quick and friendly and apologetic but unfortunately after run afound to get the food it was just terrible. Great staff though

Me and my husband were staying at the hotel attached to here we were there from out of town for my husband's PET scan there is no hours posted on the door so I had opened the door and this lady came running out screaming at us that they're not open until 8:00 a.m. it was 7:52 maybe if the establishment had hours of operation sign posted on the outside door we would have seen that very disappointed that that's how they treat customers surely enough we did not come back at 8:00 a.m.

The Best beer battered fish and chips I have eaten in Years!! Huge portions, i wasnt able to fi nish! Nice friendly staff, nice clean restaurant. You gotta eat here next time you're out for a meal!

Ricky's has the best chicken tenders that I have ever had. Had a great meal and the service was excellent due to our wonderful server Maria. What a delight to have such a friendly server. Thanks for making our day!!!
