Rice's Hotel / Hughlett's Tavern

Dating back to the late 1700's, Rice's Hotel / Hughlett's Tavern is a Northern Neck treasure that now houses the Tavern Gift Shoppe --selling locally-made artisan wares, the Tavern Café -- selling light luncheon fare made by the volunteers of the Tavern Culinary Grop, and several artisan studios. The Tavern is home to four artisan guilds -- the Blacksmiths, Spinners & Weavers, Quilters, and Woodworkers. All are on site and demonstrating at the Heathsville Farmers Market, which is held on the third Saturday of the month, April thru October, at the Tavern.
