Ribeye Steakhouse Birmingham

Booked in for my Mrs birthday. I would say the place is solid 3/5. The food is not worth the price tag. It’s expensive but I’ve been to expensive places it’s only worth it if the food is mind blowing. In my opinion you’d get the same quality steak with fraction of price in other places in Birmingham. It’s a nice place with nice interior. But I don’t find it as cosy. They tried to charge a service fee which I get them to take it off. Service wasn’t bad but it wasn’t exceptional. I don’t get it since when uk started adapting this trend. I normally tip but most of these place it doesn’t even go to waiters so I don’t bother anymore. But yea I won’t recommend this place.

Absolutely amazing! All the food was 10/10 & the service was spot on. We all said that it was the best meal out we've had in year's!! Highly recommend to visit & that will definitely not be our last time either. Parking: Parking unit is a 2 minute walk. Kid-friendliness: The staff are friendly & really enjoy having children in the restaurant.

Went for Iftaar in the evening, wasn't too busy and food came out quickly. Really enjoyed the steak, really tasty and cooked just the way I asked. A few issues with service, there was a hair in the Dynamite Chicken and while the dish was replaced there was little in the way of apology, almost felt like it was a regular occurrence. We also had to wait almost 10 min for the bill once we had finished. General service wasn't bad apart from this but you expect more when you're paying this much for food. There was a young Asian girl who was really welcoming and attentive (forgot to get her name), a credit to the store. Could do with sharper knives for the steak too as it was difficult to cut with the one provided

I found it hard to grasp that the chairs are so close together you have to turn the tub chair side ways to sit in, as there was a few of us it was a little tricky. I could not pull the chair back and stand. Awkward when one needed the toilet others had to shuffle along so you could get out. The chairs was back to back with other diners it gave a feeling of being crammed in. We ordered different mocktails all was perfect with each one. The dynamite prawns were amazing all food was cooked to perfection. The cooks are spot on excellent food. Staff members that gave us our food need to smile they seem a bit grumpy and they was not sure what food they had when handing out to the tables. He mistaked salmon for chicken and when we said no one ordered chicken, no apology or anything untill another staff member said that's salmon looking closer at the plate. Bit of confusion about what was ordered aswell. No vegetables /salad sides included unless purchased separately. We had the chocolate bomb pudding no hot fudge sauce to pour over. We did ask and was told no hot fudge sauce with it. We looked at the menu prior and seen it advertised with hot fudge sauce nothing like what we had seen online. Our server was polite and excellent it was her first day. She was eager to seek advise when we questioned items on the menu. We had to smash the chocolate bomb (small dome) but it was hard to smash the chocolate that some actually flicked off the plates we was also concerned incase we smashed the plate. We did take it up with management about the diassappointing pudding gave advise he was good took onboard on what we said. If it wasnt for the cooks excellent food we wouldn't return, we will not be ordering puddings.

It was our first time visiting Ribeye. We decided on this restaurant as it is a halal steak house and we were celebrating Eid. The staff were very friendly especially towards my two children assisting us when needed. The food was ok. We ordered dynamite shrimp and two steaks. I do feel it is very over priced for what you receive. They even charge 1£ for mustard and 3.50£ for tap water which they say is filtered. Overall had higher expectations but received mediocre. One last thing the steak knives are blunt .

Kelise was so friendly, and welcoming. She was really helpful & provided great service. Food & atmosphere is amazing!
