Rude owner. Unprofessional. Charges on receipt are sketchy. He may interrogate you because the “customer is wrong.”

Wow. What a rude and unprofessional owner. A small misunderstanding that could have easily been sorted out politely and reasonably was instead dealt with by the owner by berating us and his wait staff, charging us double, making racist remarks and vailed threats of violence. Like, dude, you could have just nicely told us what your policy is instead of going straight to berating both your customers and your staff.

came here last weekend with a friend and we had a blast. the service was spectacular and they even gave us the table in the corner. the bartender/waitress was very attentive and the price was very reasonable. definitely would recommend!

Edit: Not sure what the "?" Is for from the owner. If it is for the rating, I got what I paid for, whether orders were correct or timely may have been overlooked in the rating. One should look at it as constructive feedback.

The chef makes amazing food he’s funny the bartender and server are good workers and friendly. Great place and great tables all around great bar would highly recommend!!

LOVE coming to RI Billiard for a date night with my boyfriend. Easy going atmosphere where we can have a nice conversation without having to yell over the music! A MUST visit in Prov.

Went in to play pool, the bartender was very polite I ordered a drink and so did the other player I was with. We ordered a calzone so was told it would take about 45 minutes so we waited. Then after we were done the tab was paid, the rude owner came to tell us oh we aren’t gonna charge you for the calzone cause the oven wasn’t turned on right. Then the owner and bartender had the nerve to charge us for the water. Seriously? It a pool place not Gordon Ramsays restaurant.
