This is the most disgusting customer service I’ve ever received at the takeout place. It’s disturbing how the staff behind the counter behave. Management, either monitor your employees or get new ones. It’s evident they don’t want to work. They tried to give me sour cream as a salsa. They don’t even know what kind of food they serve.

1/11/24... Think of this as a cafeteria with an amazing facade. Almost no human interaction. Use the QR code only, please. The employees were polite and professional. Question: What would I tip for? Refilling my water once, and never checking on how the food was? Tortillas: dry and chewy on arrival. Flavors: rather bland. Minimal dusting of cotija cheese on the beans. No offer of sauce for the tacos. Quantity of food: good. Presentation: okay. The food was arranged nicely, not sloppily. The "OTG" catering ("hospitality") company runs this, along with most of the JFK food establishments. So I can't blame the employees for the utterly impersonal experience. They are probably discouraged from engaging with customers. Good atmosphere - tastefully designed/decorated, and not loud. I worked /read comfortably for 90 minutes. Bottom line: I would look for a better option if I pass through JFK again.
Worst customer service ever! Rudest cashier, First one to order, 3rd one to get my order. I requested mayo, she gave mayo to the first 2 then said she ran out. I asked if the coke had some mayo and they told me to speak to the cashier. Meanwhile while I e been waiting my flight was already boarding. It took me 30 min after I paid on the kiosk to get my sandwich. RIDICULOUS. Rude employees… management needs to either retrain on hospitality or rehire.
It was pathetic experience and even worse food. Delayed service, uncooked food and beyond. They literally served us undercooked food that was tasting as if there is a stone in every bite. Even if you are super hungry, don’t go here.
So I got there at 7am the lady said please sit at a 2 seater table - ordered my meal on a QRCode went to the cart and added an automatic 20% tip !!!! The waitress bought me 1 soda that was the only interaction and plastic silverware and my bagel I got a butter and jelly bagel . But received cold the butter and jelly that I had to spread myself which it got cold. Just go to Dunkin’ Donuts horrible service horrible wait Staff horrible hospitality but quick to collect their tip .
Monday December 18th @ 3:00 pm. After giving a 25% tip, I got the worse service ever from a restaurant. Avoid this place, the reviews say it all.
Worst service ever, they don' t care at all. They wait until you pay for your order to tell you they don't have it, and then ask if you want a refund...really ??
