Lemongrass & Grapefruit Wheat Beer (6.8%) An American Wheat Beer with low bitterness and malt character focusing on fresh lemon and grapefruit flavors with a subtle ginger note. This wheat beer was created in collaboration with the Pink Boots Society and is the perfect ale to crack open and enjoy when citrus gets too real.

Hefeweizen - (5.7%) A dry wheat beer with unique esters and phenols of banana and a subtle hit of cloves complimented by a modest addition of Cascade hops. 16 oz. 4-pack - $14

Porter with Raspberry - 6% Rich chocolatey and biscuit notes with a nice balanced raspberry backbone.

NEIPA - 6.4% Each year in the taproom we do many experimental IPA "Oo Series" beers with allow us to mess around with different grain bills, hop profiles, flavors and more. Last years fan favorite, Oo A Teacher has been given a promotion and is being brought as a tenured "Faculty" with a release date specifically for our 4 year anniversary party this Saturday March 25th. Featuring Strata, El Dorado & Amarillo with dank herbal passion fruit, citrus and stone fruit notes.

Double NEIPA - (8.5%) The father to Tricerahops, Tricerahops is a double NEIPA loaded with Medusa, Gemini and Cashmere hops.

Glübier Style Sour Ale w Carrots and Spices - 8.2% This beer has loads of carrots, ginger, cinnamon and other great mulling spices complimented by a heavy amount of acidity.

Cherry Sour Ale - 6.2% Light and tart sour ale with cherry. 16 oz. 4-pack - $14

Dry Cider - 5.5% A dry and fizzy hard cider made by Halcyon Cider & Mead Works, with delicate notes of apples. 16-oz 4-pack $16

NEIPA - 6.2% NEIPA featuring 3 different hops, Medusa, Cashmere & Gemini giving it flavors of melon, guava, apricot and citrus. This beer was heavy handed with flaked oats and wheat providing a smoother mouthfeel to compliment the hop flavor profiles. 16 oz. 4-pack - $16

This beer pours with a jet black appearance and has heavy notes of roasted barely, chocolate and biscuit malts. The chocolate flavor has been dialed up with generous additions of cacao powder. The nutty and biscuit character of the beer has been complimented with a hint of salt to provide a beer that you can have more than one pint of while feel like you're enjoying a delicious chocolate covered pretzel. 16 oz. 4-pack - $14

Saison - 7.1% A lightly sweet yet dry malt body highlighted by a nice ester spice. 16 oz. 4-pack - $14

West Coast IPA (7.2%) A west coast IPA focused on citrus and piney hops. Balanced by a simple malt bill with subtle caramel notes. 16 oz. 4-pack - $16

Wee Heavy with Peanut Butter - 9.2% A strong malty beer with a jammy flavor that's complimented by peanut butter making for a savory but repeatably drinkable beer.

Brown Ale - 4% With a rich and dark chestnut color, this malt-forward beer balances notes of biscuit, chocolate and caramel. With low hop bitterness this is a dry brown ale that still has a full body for great drinkability. 16 oz. 4-pack - $14

Kölsch - 5.6% A light and crisp drinking ale/lager hybrid with low to medium-low hop bitterness. Low maltiness and sweetness with a low corny flavor. 16 oz. 4-pack - $14

Porter with Coffee - 7% This Coffee Porter is very smooth with a subdued roasty malt backbone, a bold coffee aroma and layers of chocolate, nuts and grain. 16 oz. 4-pack - $16

Spiced Amber Ale - 7.3% A dry and malty beer complimented by caramel and toffee notes brought on by molasses and brown sugar accented with heat brought on by kettle additions of Szechuan Peppercorns and Cayenne Pepper. 16 oz. 4-pack - $14

Cream Ale - 5.6% Pours with a straw/golden color and has faint malt notes. A mildly sweet corn-like aroma and low levels of bitterness with a thick white head. 16 oz. 4-pack - $14

Our collab Belgian Golden Strong Ale - Plum Palooza with Broken Symmetry Gastro Brewery (10.4%) aged in Merlot Barrels for a year. 22 oz. bottle - $20

Old fashioned inspired imperial stout. This beer, which checks in at 12.6%, has been aging in Litchfield Distillery bourbon barrels for 9 months with cherry, vanilla and orange peel. 22 oz. bottle - $20

Triple IPA (13.6%) aged in coconut rum barrels along with generous amounts of pineapple and toasted coconut flakes. 22 oz. bottle - $20

Quad - 10.4% - Aged 14 months in Heaven Hill Barrels. 22 oz. bottle - $20
