Crispy potatoes smothered in buffalo sauce, served with a ranch dipping sauce.

Fried brussel sprouts tossed in hot agave and topped with "queso fresco" and crispy onions.

Shredded BBQ Jackfruit (think BBQ pulled pork) with melty "cheddar & mozzarella" folded in organic corn tortilla with jalapeno lime dipping sauce
