Restaurant Vieux Kam-Shing

I used to come here all the time with my family and I recently ordered from here to relive the nostalgia- sadly nothing was the same. Very unfortunate.

Food is good, just so pricey

Aucun service chaleureux. Les serveurs ont des visages de boeufs.

Service was great. Food was tasteless.

Food taste terrible, myself my partner were sick after eating there, the place was too cold; the whole experience very unpleasant and disappointing, never again

Overall, Kam Shing was an excellent dining experience. The food was hot and tasty with very generous portions - enough to bring home for a late night snack or a whole meal the next day! The staff and service were extremely friendly, quick and efficient (especially considering how busy the restaurant was on a Saturday night) and they provided excellent recommendations. My favourite dishes from the evening were the crispy garlic shrimp, general tao chicken, peanut butter dumplings, crispy wontons, chicken fried rice and the duck. It is a very family/child friendly restaurant but would also be a really cute date spot. I would highly suggest ordering several dishes to share so you get to try all of the delicious options. Can't wait to go again!
