We smoke all our meats anywhere from 8 to 16 hours plus all of our sauces and sides are made in house. **We are a food truck. Currently we operate at Rubber Gloves and pop up events around town. You can find us at events around town in our very own truck as well. -We offer catering for events and have a special menu to choose from that includes BBQ favorites on top of our regular menu.
