Reginelli's Pizzeria

Good Pizza. Good service. What can I say? Good food. I'll be back.

We tried Reginelli's today for the 1st time. We tried the BBQ shrimp pizza but it wasn't our taste. The waitress picked up on our expressions obviously and had the manager come to our table. He offered to make us another pizza even though I told him it was my fault for ordering the pizza and not bringing my readers . He insisted and they made us a new individual pizza of our choice. Both he and the waitress, Michelle, were so understanding and accommodating that I had to give them this review. The restaurant is convenient, clean, 2 tvs playing cute animal shows and the food displays looked very appetizing. We enjoyed the Muffelatta and the mini meat lovers pizza very much but the professionalism of staff was by far the best of our experience. Yes, I was still charged for the pizza we didn't want. Such great food, and even better customer service!!!! Cant remember the 2 guys who helped us out, but they work incredibly well together and are so kind!!! Was in town for work and someone recommended this to me and im so glad they did!!! If im ever in the area again, I will definitely be stopping back!!!

Went into the Mandeville location , had never been in the restaurant before, I was asked of I was picking up I said no and he walked away and didn't come back so I went and sat down. I was completely ignored sat thete for 10 mins no service no nothing so I left. Totally rude and bad customer service!!!!
