Our made-from-scratch gluten free brioche dough is the basis for our bakery's brioche dinner rolls, croissants, burger buns, and more! Try it to top pot pies or use as a pie crust. Thaw it on the countertop for several hours or in the fridge overnight. Use any gluten free flour to roll out or form the dough into desired shape, let rise in a warm place, and bake at 350 until done. 550g package yields about 5 RegCakes size dinner rolls, burger buns, or croissants, or one double-crust pie.

Choose from three custom blends for excellent results with your gluten free home baking. All are based on brown and white rice flours, with potato, tapioca, apple pectin, and potato starch. The all-purpose blend is great for many applications, from pancakes to cookies to gravies. Our cake flour blend contains cornstarch for lighter applications like cakes (although we've heard it makes excellent pierogies and cannoli shells!) The bread flour contains a special kind of tapioca starch and plenty of whey protein to give more structure & good color to your yeast doughs. All bags contain 2 lbs of flour (roughly 7 cups).

Vegan cheddar and provolone slices are sandwiched between slices of our gluten free (and dairy free!) multigrain bread and griddled to melty perfection! \nNote: This sandwich is grilled on the same equipment as sandwiches containing dairy; however, the dairy is limited to sandwich *contents* only-- we do not butter the bread or use butter on our griddle.

RegCakes cookies are, of course, gluten free, and also dairy free! We almost always stock lemon cookies, but also have a rotating seasonal selection that may include persimmon, chocolate chip, snickerdoodles, softhouse, gingerbread, or something different. You can let us know in your order notes what you prefer (for ex, "all lemon" or "give me some of everything you've got"), and we'll do our best. No mater what we send, you'll get something delicious.

It's gluten free AND Vegan. Our 12" diameter chocolate chip cookies feed a crowd-- 10 to 16 servings. Bonus: We can write on it. Request your inscription in the order notes (the briefer the better-- 2 to 3 words).
