Redwood Smoke Shack Texas Inspired BBQ- Norfolk

Hands down BEST BBQ besides mine!! I'm planning a trip today!! I'll spend 100+ bucks!! Well worth it!! And I just left the gym!!!!

I was in Norfolk to spend time with my son before his first deployment. This is his absolute favorite place and THEY HAVE BIG RED! We had his go to… the macaroni and cheese with shredded beef and the best bbq sauce ever. I’m Texas born and raised so I’m a tough critic. It was phenomenal! Now when I’m missing my son ( he’s in the Middle East) I try to recreate it, but I can’t match them. They seriously are giving Texas a run for their money! Parking: We got a great spot right outside the door on the street Kid-friendliness: Their were so many happy families with children

I like the Atmosphere we got a lot we spent $119 the food was ok but my boyfriend being southern like his food hot, my only problem was it wasn’t hot enough, the meats was cold. The sides was amazing, I hope this establishment sees this review! I would like to return and see better!

Delicious! Looking forward to my next visit already, and just finished eating. Pet friendly, outside seating. Parking area. Great location.

The valentine brunch was absolutely outstanding. !!! Just five stars ain’t enough. Don’t nothing compare! Yall got something really spectacular !!!!!!!!! We ain’t it too fast and forget to take a picture.Worth the wait outside . My favorite was the cornbread French toast.

Food was mediocre at best. Pulled pork was sitting in the juice it was cooked in, zero smoked flavor greasy. Brisket, tender, greasy too much Tallow, no smoke flavor. Mac and cheese Kraft, broccoli salad missing a few ingredients. My wife said, if it's between here and Mission I'll take Mission. $63 to get out the door
