There were a few highlights along with low points that resulted in my rating, but from a food perspective, unfortunately I didn't manage to find anything spectacular. I will elaborate on what I have mentioned below. The Brussels sprouts were very similar to how they are usually made in restaurants to cater to people's taste in tolerating vegetables, including honey glaze, bacon, and aioli, which I thought was interesting because I tasted sriracha. It was good overall, and if I am corrected, it most likely was deep fried, which helped with the taste. The wings were good overall and were not too dry, and even if we ordered it plain, I could taste the seasoning on the skin. I appreciated that they allowed us to have sauce on the side. Some of the dishes I didn't enjoy included the baby back ribs and the wedge salad. The ribs had a good amount of meat, which was good, and definitely fell off the bones. But the sauce was so overwhelming to the point that I was tasting more sauce than meat. I know that ribs can be like that sometimes, but I don't want to normalize it. The wedge salad was too overwhelmingly blue cheese to the point that the crumbled blue cheese dominated the flavor entirely and I couldn't taste anything else. That was the dish that my friend didn't finish, and I couldn't finish, either, because of such. I think if one visits the area and wants to look for a decent American grill, then this is a solid place, but I would highly advise one to be cautious about what they order because unfortunately nothing I ordered today was a hit hit, even though some had the potential to be.

I ordered the chicken sandwich with bun on the side for Sunday brunch. The chicken thigh was really tender. My colleague had the Thai salad and for a picky eater he really enjoyed it.

The food was alright! BUT THE SERVICE. My server was Bryant Felipe aka big sexy with the beard. He was knowledgeable about the entire menu and really had strong recommendations. I brought a date with me to take her to a nice place and Bryant went above and beyond to make me look like a hero while also providing excitement service. I would go again only to be served by him. He completely exemplifies the meaning of GOOD DINING EXPERIENCE.

Redstone has a fancy aesthetic, and that is all. From the stone cold greeting at the door and look of absolute confusion when telling the three hosts standing there, we have a reservation. To waitstaff, that seemed less than thrilled to be there. This is the second time I have had a steak here, and this time was no different from the last. Overcooked, under seasoned, and somehow tough and chewy being a Filet cut. The asparagus had a funky charred weird taste to it, also chewy plus a bonus weird piece of what I hope is burnt asparagus mixed in. I didn't take a bite to find out. Pic below. The mashed potatoes were decent, but even the drinks we ordered were lame. My neice ordered a hot chocolate, she's said it was overpriced Swiss miss and water, and she's 11. I ordered what I thought was a fancy $7+ coffee, and the waitress brought a can of cold press you can get at any gas station. So, two filets with no add-ons, that were C- if I'm being kind, calamari/shrimp app. One Swiss miss, one can of coffee, $170. But hey, my 11-year-old niece thought it was good. So they got that going for them.
