Red Rockets

Red Rockets Upper Ottawa has been my go to since they first started. I order almost weekly. Love their wings . My last two orders were not correct. When I called and asked to speak to a manager I got the run around. A female came on that I found out after some discussion was not that manager. I again asked to speak to a manager and a male come on that was rude and condescending who was not concerned in hearing my complaint. This establishment has lost my business as a faithful customer. I deal with people and complaints and would never direct them away from a manager if requested nor treat them as if they were not heard. I had previously posted a review praising them.

We ordered a day ahead, thinking they would fill them in the order they were received. It was for Super Bowl so figured they would be busy. It was absolute CHAOS! We waited almost an hour and then cancelled our order and left with no wings and no compensation for their inability to fill an order that was sent in the previous day. How do they decide what order gets cooked first? It should be first in first out! Very disappointing. We’ve been going there for years!!!

Haven’t been to Upper Ottawa in a while. I ordered half a pound of wings, got 6 wings. Husband ordered a pound, he received 9. Maybe half a dozen taters. Wings were smaller than KFC. Very disappointed, and we will not be ordering from Red Rockets again any time soon. Value for money is next to nil. ETA: The quality is back! In the past six times over the past few months we have ordered there, the quality and taste has improved. Our beloved Red Rockets is back!

Ordered through skip. Opened the sealed tight wings, pulled my first wing.. took a bite only to realize one long hair was curled around it. All sauced up..... yuck. Last time I checked hair nets were invented to stop this from happening. That was my first and last experience with red rockets.
